Place a order a few weeks ago for a Wing meal crispy, I didn't get the biscuit that come with the meal, usually I get all condiments and napkins but this particular day I didn't get any, never got a chance to report back to them about the missing biscuit, I was on lunch break at purchase

The dining area is not open at this moment nor or they allowing few patrons at a time. The drive thru was very busy but fast & efficient. The clerk was pleasant too. The time was 3pm. The beginning of dinner. Kudos to the management & staff at this time. The management knew the popular items on the menu & had all on the racks. That's way one & all fast foods should run a drive thru. Great job manager and staff.

New to Memphis and I have to say that the Young Lady Employee that works the drive thru each time I go there makes this location the NICEST KFC IN Memphis. I have had so many other Restaurants/KFC's here to be extremely Rude. Thanks to this location, "no hassle always Fresh Meal". Thawadah & Shalom.

The Cashier on duty Kenisha was Great! She had an Amazing Attitude and didn't get discouraged when my husband kept adding more to our order and changing things! She did her job proficiently and we left very satisfied!
