Busy little place - great menu options . Food was very good , cooked to order so it takes a while. Food was not hot as our waitress was pretty slow and it appeared to have sat in the window - but don’t expect much theses days unfortunately. Will go back - perhaps try a different location. The food was very good. We each got something different so we could taste each other’s choice. A side of eggs and bacon came with each selection. The reason I did not give 5 stars was- our server never came back during the meal to fill our drinks and check to see if we needed anything. Our French toast was sweet and we could have used refills.

Absolutely excellent. Our waiter, John, was on point and fabulous. I had gluten free Bourbon Street pancakes. I don't remember the name of the omelet my hubby got, but he ate every bite of it and the City Grits! They had a separate gluten friendly menu with many options! We will be back up try more. Update 12-2023: I have been back 5 times since this original review and each time the food was fabulous.

This was a highlight for us during our Memphis trip. The food is wonderful, hearty, and unique. We are here 3 times during our stay. The crab Benedict, lemon blueberry French toast, lobster and brie omelet, and chicken fried steak are each wonderful. Now if you want some of the best biscuits and gravy that we have been fortunate enough to find, you'll have to experience this place for yourself. The service is amazing and speedy. They don't upcharge you on the littles that top off the dish either. Don't forget to try the biscuit beignets along with their amazing dipping sauce.

We called to make sure that they were open on the 4th of July and the guy that answered the phone was as nice as he could be. When we got there we were greeted very nicely and told it would be a 40 minute wait well less than 5 minutes we were at our table. We started off with Bloody Mary's and beignets. The Bloody Mary was good but a little spicy for my wife. The beignets were just a tad over cooked but were still good. My wife had the spinach omelet and really enjoyed it. My son had the skinny omelet and he liked it. I had the sausage gravy and biscuits and the biscuits were over cooked aswell. The sausage that came with my meal looked good but didn't have the taste to go with the look. Now we shared a short stack of pancakes and man they were awesome! We will probably give it another try to to the staff being so friendly and taking such great care of us.
