Daily coffee! Luv it only complaint is I wish they'd train.their employees on how to make their drinks consistently the same, different every time someone else makes my drink! But espresso drinks are awesome!

Person who was taking orders, randomly stopped. Left a line outside and could clearly still hear them talking and wouldn’t say anything. Mic turned off randomly.
Waited for like 10-15 mins thinking maybe they’re in restroom but no one came out.
I came to another DD and several other cars had followed. Guessing they are still hiding.
After reading reviews as well. Never coming here again.

Went in to pick up an Uber order and nobody came out to even greet me or anything. They were in the back room. Waited over 5 minutes. So I cancel my order to get in my car and see the next customer (in my rear view mirror) that walks in get immediate service. Tf is wrong with y'all.

Why do they precook the bacon and finally I ask for them to cook the bacon a little longer when I paid for it and left, I got the order. It was the same the bacon not done. Never again and they cut the bacon in half and give the other half to other customers. This is pitfall that mostly all company are cheating and stretching there food by cheating customers out of their portion of food charging more money it's sicking that these place ran by people who are use to doing this to customers for making more money.

Very bad service, horrible place ,the two latina girls that works there in the morning very rude, they dont know how to handle situations, i will not recommend to go to this place specially when they dont have a manager working for the shift .

Night guy(parimal) are so rude that I just ask for double waffle con he give me the regular waffle con and also to 1 more my friends ask for chocolate cake con he give regular ones. and also we confirm what our order he takes on drive thru he just yells on us

Every time I ask for cream cheese on they side they always put it on bagel. They lady who took my order in drive through was nice. But the lady who gave me the food say any thing. I said hi, thank you, and have a good day! All she did was take my payment hand me food and closed window.
