Gave two stars for the food, which was great, but the store had no heater turned on and absolutely cold in the store. Before entering make sure you have your jackets on to rug up, particular on a cold night in Melbourne. Please KFC get your heater turned on or fixed.

Ordered streetwise feast from there, went home to find out they put thighs for all 6 pieces !!, no breast no wings nothing just thighs

Both my wife and I really enjoy this KFC. The food quality is better than most KFCs and the food has good amount of seasoning (most of the time). It's customer server, presentation and speed is great too.

Not often I give 1 star, maybe never. But the drive through service provided on this main Melbourne road was terrible in relation to speed of service that it was intolerable to the point that we didn't place an order and just drove through. This must be costing thousands in lost sales at this location.

This was probably the best tasting KFC we have eaten in a long time.
Hot chips,nice crunchy chicken.
The girl who served me was polite and friendly.

Chicken was dried out again (overcooked) from here and gravy is no longer creamy (just watery). The gravy is also only available now in tiny containers. As much as I loved KFC, I am never buying it again.
