i’m not sure what her name is but the woman who’s always running the counter is literally an ANGEL!!! she’s so sweet, kind and helpful every time i come in. i have severe social anxiety so knowing there’s a place i can come to and always be treated so kindly is so amazing. oh yeah the foods really good too!!

Ordered a pie tonight October 21, 2023. Was one of the best pizzas I’ve had since I’ve been in Florida. It was cooked to perfection. Also had the chicken parm with Alfredo on the pasta and let me say that Alfredo was out of this world! The girls at the counter were so kind and helpful. Looks like they are bringing back the dine in experience which I’m super excited for. If you’ve tried all the rest now try the best! I can’t believe it’s taken so long for me to find this hidden gem!!!

Update:: they're doing soo much better these days! Glad the service and quality returned to the usual! They have made my day plenty of times with such delicious pizza I mean the other reviews aren't lying when the right cook is making the pizza it's like I'm back in New York BUT there is one white girl I forgot her name that is usually at the front or takes orders over the phone that has a hateful attitude and makes me avoid them bc of her negative energy. She was careless the last two times my order was wrong and pretty rude. Everyone else I've dealt with there is super pleasant and always made my visit a pleasure. I stopped ordering delivery because they do get busy and once I waited over 2hours and they are like 6mins from my house but carry out has worked out great for me when the pizza is made right.

I tried Michelli's Pizzeria for the first time, and I was very impressed. I come from south Florida (which is the makeshift capitol of New York) where there is a pizza joint on every corner, and in every shopping plaza. We know our pizza in So. Fla! So far the pizza in Central Florida has been unimpressive. I won't say the pizza is bad, but I wouldn't be opposed to Domino's at this point. I have tried quite a few pizza places recently, looking for a tasty pizza, but have yet to find one. I found Michelli's Pizzeria and liked what I saw, so I decided to try it out. I am very glad I did! This is the best pizza I have had in this area. Maybe even one of the best pizzas I've ever had. When I ordered they were busy (which is a great sign) and yet they still had my order ready shortly after I arrived. Michelli's is my new go-to pizza place! I highly recommend Michelli's!

Family-run, Michelli's is our go-to for pasta, calzones and cannolis. Salad is fresh, pasta always cooked al dente and the different sauces are great. I think the meatballs could use more garlic, but honestly no complaint from me. The Cannolis. Oh my!! So GOOD - crispy shell and creamy filling - fresh..! Sometimes I order nothing but those. Delicious!

I’ve been going here since they opened. I love the food and the service is amazing. They know me by name when I walk in or call. When I was a manager I would take my team here for lunch or order to be delivered. The delivery is exceptional. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been earlier than the time quoted. This pizza is far better than any other in the county. If you don’t agree than you don’t know what good pizza is..
