Incroyable, du service à l’assiette tout est irréprochable. Une pointe d’humour pour un service humain et une découverte fabuleuse merci à Tristan et Baptiste. Un tour des vins proposé par Louise extraordinaire. Du mal à redescendre d’un nuage ou les papilles sont enchantées et conquises par une cuisine exceptionnelle. Merci pour cette enchantement hors du commun.

Chef Nicolas Hensinger and his team welcomed us like kings and fed us like Roman Emperors. A definite highlight for us in 2020! Service was personalized and discrete, food was mind-blowing - we particularly enjoyed the starters that were a delicate, yet explosive, expression of local produce and the wine list (a proud spread from a Rothschild property). Incredible dinner experience, thank you thank you thank you! More than well-deserved Michelin star ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dans le top 5 de mes restaurants qui incluent pourtant pas mal de 2-3 stars un peu partout autour du monde. Pour un restaurant 1 étoiles, l expérience a été proche de la perfection. Bon accueil, le big tasting menu avec pairing wine d une taille parfaite (ni trop ni pas assez), la quasi totalité des plats étaient très frais et parfaitement pensés. Les vins bien choisis également principalement à partir de vins régionaux et bio. Bref, meilleur que beaucoup de 2 et 3 étoiles. Le seul petit bémol: un peu trop d attente du 1er starter sans pain ni beurre. Le beurre beaucoup trop froid et trop d attente pour payer. Mais rien qui n a pu gâcher cette très belle expérience. Bravo à l équipe et au chef qui devraient sûrement obtenir une 2ieme étoile d ici peu ;-)

A true gem! Party of 2, 19:30 service, 8- course tasting menu with wine pairing Service: immediately greeted at the door, help with coat check and walked to our table. All the staff was very friendly and spoke English. Food: amazing food, every plate was a new flavour for us, some highlights were mushroom ice cream and king crab tartare. Delightful new taste sensations. Food portions were just right, with a lot of different styles, textures and presentation. Each plate was well thought out and followed each other sensibly. Wine was paired wisely with every course and sommelier was able to adjust to your personal preference well. Food and wine respected the nature and natural gifts of the surrounding region as well as France. Ambiance: ski lodge, rustic, cosy and warm with soft music. Only complains were it took them a little long to start our courses at the beginning, bread wasn’t served until we were in our second starter and the butter was straight from fridge to table :( rock hard when we tried to dig in. But even so we had a wonderful time with delicious food!
