Costco

While shopping for some larger items my M.I.L. lost her favorite sunglasses. Staff searched and searched to no avail. I called customer service later in the day and Adrienne got right on the job. She followed up by closing time and had somehow located them as well as had them wrapped and labeled properly for safe return! Thanks for caring Adrienne. You deserve a raise!

I have used the insta-cart here, very happy with every driver delivering products. All products cost a little bit more than instore buying. Now that the mask nazis are no longer at the door I shop inside. Still see a few people wearing masks (good for them if they feel better doing so, but I WILL NOT) the quality of all merchandise at Costco is top notch second to none!!! If you EVER get a failure or just don’t like it, very good return policies will get you a full refund no question. Sure some items are in local stores too, BUT never in the larger size and for less costs as Costco has. EmergenC vitamin C boxes have 90 packets, 3 boxes inside with 30 packets of three different flavors $19.99. See the 30 packet box in local stores for $10 each! Love the savings I get and up to 5% rewards at the end of the year , adds up to about $500 in rewards money for me a year

I want management to recognize how helpful and knowledgeable your sales/service man Parker was today….(Medford store) I was a decade behind in the tech world and the new smart TVs, and he took the time to explain and help me thru the processes of purchasing the right one for us. The Costco here in Central Point is pretty good. They have some of their staff that will go above and beyond the call of duty to help you out. Others, not so much. But you basically know what to expect when you walk into just about any Costco. My only little nudge about this particular one, is that a few times my family will go in and find a food item that we really enjoy, only to come back a couple weeks later, and it's now out of stock or discontinued.. Not the end of the world, but a tiny bit frustrating when you're trying to feed kids. Other than, your basic , decent Costco Location.
