Car Wash. Good wash (affordable options: $7, $10, $13 with little difference between them) ... but if you're the 6th car, plan to be there a real 30-45min. The cue is beautifully landscaped with concrete curbs on both sides, so no reasonable chance of escaping till you're #2! But when you've gotten that far... may as well get a wash, and then fill up again, for the gas you just idled away. Brushless = touch free (Pre-scrub your bugs when you get gas) Pro$13 = 8min Shine$10 = 7min Basic$7 = less

Last night April 29th my girlfriend and I stopped at the Sheetz Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA. We placed our order at 11:52 pm. After waiting for 20 minutes they announced if you're placing your order now there will be a minimum of an hour wait. We then proceeded to walk up and ask where we were at and they told us there were still 10 orders ahead of us. I then asked to cancel my order and get a refund. I understand that staffing is hard currently but for a business whose line is Sheetz run and done making it seem like the process is fast you are falling short horribly.

Horrible service. Ordered food at drive thru, waited for 15 minutes for food and another 10 for drinks that never came. After 25 minutes knocked on window to be told that they were out of cappuccino. Nothing...just stared at us. After asking for money back, opened bag and sandwiches were ice cold. They hadn't gotten cold, they had never been warm. Spent $21 on sandwiches that were cold. Avoid.

I’m not usually one to write reviews because it’s easy to judge from the outside without knowing what’s going on behind the counter however, this place is honestly abysmal. Anytime of day you order, it’s AT LEAST a 30 minute wait. The drink coolers are almost never stocked. God forbid you hit the drive thru and there’s another car or two, you’ll be waiting over an hour guaranteed. Orders are always wrong. I refuse to go to this location after 9pm because the people that work there don’t have a single care in the world. It’s weird because it just seems the later it is at night, the longer you’ll wait. So I don’t really know what’s going on, but I’ve tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt and yet every single time it’s just an annoyance over convenience. This isn’t the only bad review either and yet nothing has changed. Seems the employees aren’t the only ones who don’t care.

Once you get in the car wash line, you might be stuck for 45 minutes with no opportunity to bail out. It's offensive that they would trap customers like this, removing their ability to choose. At the very end of the queue before entering the wash, there is finally somewhere to exit, which I chose because... F you. A company that engineers something so scummy is getting none of my money.
