Pizza Hut

Ordered 2 pizzas requested them to be well done for carry out. They were not completely baked. One of them were so doughy that it was not edible. The other Pizza was not as doughy but still under baked. After returning the pizza, no apology was given. There was no consideration given toward 40 minutes of driving back forth. I will NEVER eat here again.

Contactless delivery?? Pizza delivered in huge garbage bag... order stuffed crust asked for garlic butter crust... for the third time they didn’t add the garlic butter on the crust. Ordered a dr. Pepper got a Pepsi.... lord have mercy all this and it took 1hr and 30mins for a messed up pizza Update the manager calls me to apologize for all the screw ups... he gave me a credit I order a pizza at 8:30pm at 10:51 no pizza was told at 9:50 that it would arrive any min at 10:30 was told oh he’s pulling up. 10:52 still on hold trying to cancel the pizza!!! Great job new manager you sure are getting things in order!! 11:00 sorry we don’t know what happened we’ll credit your account for your next order. So no food after 2.5 hours of waiting and I’m suppose to want to order from this place again... fu*cking starving!!!

Worst Pizza Hut ever. I’m not sure why they cannot make a good pizza. We got two large pizzas, neither seemed to have any sauce. Waited an hour and a half for remake. By then everyone had went to bed so we put them in the fridge for the next day. The next day we realized the new pizzas didn’t have any sauce either. They did give me my money back and a code for a free large. Just got that last night. Ordered extra sauce just to make sure we got some. It had plenty. It also had a very doughy, raw crust. My son ordered a pizza too. His was right half done, left half burnt. I didn’t even know you could order that way. Oh wait, he didn’t!! You guys need to get your ovens checked I think. And some training...

I ordered my pizza online. The restaurant ran out of pan pizza and no one called to tell me. When my husband arrived to pick up my order, he was given a deep dish pizza. A worker told him that they ran out of pan pizza so he just made me a deep dish. That was not what I asked for or paid for so I told them to give me my money back. I was told that I couldn't get my money back and that I had to wait 1 to 2 days for my money and reward points to be refunded. This is unacceptable. No one apologized, we left with no food, and I had to spend extra money elsewhere. I will never go back to this location again. I'm even considering never eating at another Pizza Hut again because of how we were treated by the worker at the store and the person we talked to on the customer service line.

#1. I was disappionyed, I opted for for non-contact, provided description of vehicle, sat outside & no one acknowledged me; I had to go inside store & ask for order....#2. I asked foe 'crispy' ings when order placed, while in store I asked young lady if wings were 'crispy' s requested...I asked a second time after she cashed out my order, again assured by her that the wings were 'crispy'....After biting into wings, I realized the wings were not crispy at all.....I called the store and complained, I also stated that I felt as if I had literally been robbed.

good pizza but only when they make it right, my family has ordered multiple times from here and every time we get at least one thing very wrong with at least one of our pizzas, almost always the pizzas have too little cheese. today we ordered a medium cheese pizza with extra cheese and a pizza with cheese only covering a small portion of the pizza, and these cheese is such a thin layer it got very overcooked in the oven
