Burger King

I stopped to the Burger King just down from St. James church. They are so friendly and accommodating to the Sunday crowd. There’s many folks older in years here and they put SiriusXM 60’s on 6 on in the dining area. The guy taking the orders took the time to explain everything and tell about specials. Great job!

Saw the one star review. Buuut, knowing this is a new location there will be some hiccups here and there. Ok. So, ordered a Big Fish with everything on it - lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. ... Now, everyone, let’s play a good old fashion game of Where’s Waldo? .... see the pic. I’ll give two stars for quick service and effort.

Normally, I enjoy this Burger King. This morning was different. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant and a bacon , egg and cheese croissant. When I arrived to work and opened mine (the other was for my son), it was almost as flat as a pancake! Not only that but the sausage was burned. Thank goodness I ordered tea so I could wash it down.

We absolutely love this location, Crystal is amazing. We had a very bad experience when the location opened, but we refuse to go to the next closest location, so we decided to try the East Lake location again. Thank GOD we did because Crystal and the crew she had were the best. Just placed another order and called just to change one thing on my order and of course Crystal took excellent care of what I wanted, Absolutely Love Her!!!!! Burger King needs to make sure she stays happy in her job and they make sure she knows how much they appreciate her.

This was my first visit to this location. The staff was quick with our order and wore masks for the protection of their patrons as well as their own well being. The food was prepared while we waited and bagged up to go without error. We were even offered ketsup and other condiments. All in all a good experience from the friendly staff.
