This is how it all started... my son, who recently returned home from the Navy wanted some fried chicken. My daughter wanted Popeye’s but he wanted Bojangles. I warned my son that this location was not consistent with their service. Bojangles won, so they came back with one of the family meals in the big box. The chicken was not fresh (hot), the fries were cold, and the biscuits were ridiculous. There was SO much flour on the bottom and sides of the biscuits! I was really disappointed.

Experience today, I go to order my food, an instead of saying “I’m sorry could you repeat that I get a “A what?” Then second get up the window get my order ask for a fork, she states is it in there. Look in there again, tell her it’s not in there. She has a attitude and says it’s in there , I promise. I drive off. Hire some more professional employees. Hardly ever go here. Now I know why.

I have been to this location twice. They are supposed to be open at 6 but don't open until 630 sometimes 7. This morning I was there in line with 10 other cars I was car number 11. I get to the menu to order my breakfast and the lady was very rude she told me I had to wait 30 minutes on chicken wings. I asked why she stated they being cook now so I said by the time I get to the window they should be ready. So i get to the window this tall man was there he then tells me they not ready after been told 30

First time going and my husband and I had the chicken tenders combo. It was good and my husband said the biscuit would be the deal breaker and he loved it. He said it was like a red lobster biscuit without the cheese and it was pretty close. Will be going back for sure

... Come on guys. I work in fast food, and the experience I just had was easily preventable. I ordered three items. No straws, no sauces, one of the drinks was wrong (although it was switched out before I noticed, which is fine), I got rice instead of French fries, and everyone I saw inside was wearing a mask except the person interacting with customers. The employees were not rude, but simple directions were completely ignored. I might have to drive a little further for better service.
