Ihop

Very good service, food, and location. They're right off the main road and they have a wide selection of choices for breakfast that sound enticing, which is saying something coming from me since I'm not really a breakfast person. The food turned out quite delicious as well. The only thing I was slightly sad about was the size of their hot chocolate. At the one I usually go to I get a large cup and this cup here was rather small in comparison.

When we first walked in I thought there was going to be a wait for my wife and I. However the staff was very fast in their service. The food was good and also there was no attitudes no confusion. Our waitress and the cook staff did an awesome job in making sure we had a good time despite thehe New Year and pandemic crowd/delivery orders.

Deeply saddened and angry about our Ihop experience this morning. Dear restaurants, if you can't handle online and third party orders STOP offering it!!!!! My daughter ordered through Postmates. Her order was obviously given to someone else. (Once I stepped foot in this place I could see how it happened)Requested refund through them. So we still wanted Ihop so decided to order through their app. Food ordered and paid for! Online timer said order would be ready in 17mins. (Once I arrived)VERY UNORGANIZED, Had to wait 30 mins for my order, my order was given to the wrong person, once order was finally received was given a kids size juice because"they didn't have 16oz cups". As if me waiting half an hr and them giving my food to the wrong person was great customer service practice then when told I didn't pay for a "kids size" juice Manager asked to see online receipt and walked away... Once my daughter sent the screen shot of the app order I received the correct size juice. Was a frequent Ihop fan not anymore!
