Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

This was THE WORST restaurant experience I've ever endured. Walked in and was told there would be a 45 minute wait for 2... I assume to make us leave because it only took 5 minutes to get a table. We were seated with a waitress who obviously didn't want to be there. She had a horrible attitude and it was very apparent even behind her mask. She took our order and only reappeared to bring our drinks once and bring our food once. Never asked if we needed refills or anything else. Also, plastic wear to eat a steak!? After flagging her down, we were told she would have to go find a steak knife she wasn't sure if they had any. To put ther cherry on top, the food wasn't even hot, warm, microwaved or anything. Just terrible service and food. We will never spend our money here again.

I came for my free birthday treat, the Monster Cookie Sundae. Big disappointed. Obviously, ain't no more monster. It was just an overbaked, overpriced chocolate chip cookie sundae. If that's the new size, change the price back to $4.99 instead of $6.29. The true monster cookie used to cover the whole skillet; not anymore. All that skillet showing. The honey-butter complimentary croissants were on point. I enjoyed my Cajun Pasta with shrimp, chicken, & sausage. My waiter was nice & punctual.

My experience with this location was OUTSTANDING. They provided exceptional customer service. Once I bite into the honey buttered croissant my mouth thanked me. I ordered a rack of ribs with broccoli and cheddar casserole, and sweet buttered corn. These ribs were so damn tender I believe a tear rolled down my face🤣🤣🤣. I give this location a 100 out of 10. You just inherited a new customer for life. Keep up the OUTSTANDING customer service. Thanks for all the hard work and dedication.

We had a great server; she was friendly, organized, and attentive. The honey croissants are so delicious. I ordered the bourbon glazed apple pork chops with broccoli casserole and cole slaw. All were prepared perfectly and so flavorful. I ate about 1/3 and brought the rest home for today. Just as good reheated. My husband had the Monte Cristo sandwich with a house salad. He loved it! Actually it was 2 sandwiches 🥪. He ate one and his salad. Brought the rest home.

My experience with this location was exceptional. From the ease of placing my order to picking my order up. I ordered the rack of ribs which was so tender the buttered corn was so buttery, the broccoli cheese casserole was filled with cheesy goodness. And the honey buttered croissants melted in my mouth. Thanks for a outstanding job you just inherited a new customer for life.

Very upset with the professionalism here. I called to place a Togo order on 02/04/2021 around 7:15 pm. Upon answering, i was asked to hold... no biggie for me. Instead of placing me on an actual hold the phone was apparently sat to the side as i could hear EVERYTHING. Foul language, playing around, and goodbyes to departing guests is all I heard for 9 mins and 49 secs. I waiting on the line as I pulled up to the restaurant hoping to walk in and show a manager. Prior to me entering someone realized I was listening and rudely hung up. I entered and asked for a manager who simply said sorry and made excuses for the employees saying they were definitely working then sent a takeout employee to me. After this I decided not to place my order and instead go to another restaurant. This was my families dinner and after the treatment decided to spend with a better establishment. Will not return and will let family who frequent cheddars know not to return.

This was my Sister and Myself 1st time at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, It was an "AWESOME EXPERIENCE ON WE'LL NEVER FORGET!" Our Server Ms. Britney Gambrah was so Nice, the Manger Mr. Eljay Scott went out of his was to make our visit a memorable one and "WE ARE DEFINITELY COMING BACK AGAIN!" Shout out to the Cook Mr. Demetrius "THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC!"
