I dined at this establishment on 01/21/2021, my experience already began poorly when rudely “greeted” by the hostess working the evening shift. I dined with my sister, just the two of us, we walked in and weren’t greeted whatsoever. Even after approaching the hostess she stood there blank face with me having to ask if there was a wait, when we were told there was a wait we asked if we could wait at the bar, hostess rudely responded with “I just said everything is full” we were told our wait would be 35-45 minutes. To my happy surprise we only waited about 10 minutes before returning to be seated. Rudely “greeted” again with “Name!” I gave her my name and we were seated. Our server Alana did an amazing job and was a joy to have as our server. Our appetizer was unfortunately brought out by the hostess. She set it on our table without a single word nor any eye contact or even a glimpse of a smile. We still needed silverware but weren’t even able to ask because she walked away so quickly. The rude glances we received each time she walked past were so unpleasant. 0/5 for the hostess, 10/5 for our server.

Visited this BWW location 01/21/21 and absolutely loved the service my s/o and I received from our waiter, Terrell. He was friendly, informative, and made our dining experience fast and easy. However, there seemed to be some disconnection there with the hostess. We walked in and she greeted us with just a blank stare. Finally I just said “two” because I was unsure of why she was not saying anything. Will be returning as your waiter Terrell is one of a kind!

Arrived at 6:00PM. Waited almost a half hour for a table.... reasonable. Placed our order at 6:30PM. It's now 8:04PM & STILL NO FOOD! Very few people even in the restaurant. Waiter come up & said if would be 20 more minutes, asked if we'd like our food in boxes to go when it's done. Drove over an hour to come here. Extremely unhappy with the service!

I know it busy because of the holiday, but they were super far behind on food orders. They definitely took the take out as a priority and not dine in. It should be a 50/50. I used to work as a waitress/manager so I know a little about restaurants. If you plan on eating in tonight or ordering carry out, expect to wait at least 75 mins.
