Subway

Continuously have horrible experiences with customer service and order accuracy at this location, even after ownership/management change. Today we ordered a signature steak and cheese wrap, only to be given the southwest chipotle wrap. After returning to the drive through to ask for the correct food, we were lectured by the employee that next time we need to order it correctly, because the only steak wrap they have is the southwest. When we informed said employee that there is signature steak wrap on the website, he insisted that was the same thing as the chipotle steak wrap. Not only do these employees clearly not know their own menu, they're rude enough to insist the customer is at fault for their mistake. Oh, and they still got the "corrected" wrap wrong and forgot the cheese. I had refused to give this location after countless bad interactions. After ownership and management changed hands we decided to give it another chance. We will not be making that mistake again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! Rude manager. This store is horrible. The manager told me to “f” off because I ask to have my salad chopped. I needed it chopped and requested it chopped. Every subway does it but he refused. I asked for my money back and he told me and my son to “f” off.Stay away from this location.

I came to Subway and went through the drive-thru ordered my food and it was made wrong gave it back to him to fix and he did not fix it. So we left the drive-thru when inside and I asked simply for a refund neither of the cashiers working new how to do that and when I asked about the manager's name and their names they told me they were not allowed to give me that information. Ask what to do about getting my refund and they basically told me I was out of luck and to come try tomorrow to talk to somebody that they won't give me the name of. I don't understand why they were being so rude to me.

The 2 teen girls behind the counter this evening was so off putting and honestly not very friendly. They was very depressive in their actions. One even had air pods in(ear phones) which I know your not supposed to be listening to music at a fast-food place especially if their are only 2 of you working. The communication line needs to be open. The girl who did our subs acted like she didn't wanna be there and honestly didn't try when she cut our bread. She had to try over and over before she got them to open and one was cut so close to the top of the bun that there wasn't much to hold in the toppings. She also slammed the knife down on the counter. It seemed to me that these 2 didn't want to breath each others oxygen let alone be in the same building. There was some aggressive tension between the two, because they was barely paying any attention when one would say something work related to the other. It was uncomfortable.
