I used to love Zoe’s kitchen. The food is absolutely amazing. But the inconsistency in the kitchen is unacceptable. I had a issue with portion sizes when I got steak roll ups, the roll up was i kid you not, only 25% of the way full for every single roll up. So I basically just got bread. I called and they refunded me which I appreciated. I went again and reminded them of my experience and the order was great and the portion that I paid for. I went again today, not mentioning the bad experience I had because so figured it was a one time thing everyone makes mistakes. I ordered 3 orders of the steak roll ups for me my mom and dad and when I tell you disappointed is an understatement. 2 of the 4 roll ups my dad got were mushroom and onion no steak at all. 2 of the 4 of mine had one piece of steak 3 mushrooms and 2 slices of onion. It is actually ridiculous. I really love the food but the lack of consideration the cooks have when making the food is just a no go for me. Won’t be back again.

Manager and team are awesome! When I got there to pick up my online order, it wasn't ready and they didn't have a record of it. After some digging, we figured out the online app somehow chose a different location 30 minutes away. I know I picked the right location so I'm really not sure how this happened, but the manager jumped right in, contacted the other store and got my order made here quickly. Couldn't have asked for better customer service! And of course the food is great as always. Kudos to this location!!!!

Ordered a Spinach and Mushroom Piadinas and Rollup steak without onions. You call this worth $10 EACH? It was just thrown into a to go box and as you can see, the piadina is all bread with little to nothing in it, and a side of pita chips, and only got 7. Wowwww- I’ve eaten at a Charlotte one before the shut down and it was NOTHING like this, has it changed this much? Also. I asked for no onions. The girl ignored me and the steak is all muscle. NOT worth $10.
