Pizza Hut

I ordered food online at 2:11 pm and it was supposed to be delivered at 3:05 pm. By 3:45 pm my food was not delivered. I called the store 4 times and was hung up on every time. I went to the store and asked what happened. I was told it was out for delivery. I asked for a supervisor and was told that he was the one delivering the food. I then asked for a refund and the cashier had to call the supervisor who was out delivering the food how to do a refund. She then told me that I had to wait for him to return to the store for a refund because she didn't know how to do it.. I had 4 kids and a father at home waiting for dinner . I called for delivery because I had to go to work. Ended up going to white castle for their dinner.

Usually love Pizza Hut. Was in town on business and had a bad experience with these rude people. Estimated 40 min delivery, an hour goes by so I call. Apparently they were out of a side that I ordered. The man I was talking to was very rude and said he called me. I looked and I did have a missed call 30 mins prior but it did not match the store phone number nor did anyone leave a message! I asked my options and if I could get something else. He told me I needed to pick something else so we could run my card again because the other sides are more expensive. He said my order had been done for 30 minutes. Um, no...you’re not re running my card again and making me pay full price for an old pizza! He was rude, inconsiderate and made me feel dumb even though they didn’t think to leave a voicemail or call again when my order had just been sitting there. I asked to cancel and he was rude about that as well. Hope the employees enjoyed my pizza! So it’s 9pm and I haven’t eaten dinner. I just ordered Dominos, they gave me a free dessert when I told them what happened at Pizza Hut!

Do not order from here. My girlfriend has lived in her home for 24 years and her family never ordered pizza hut for delivery. When we moved in, we ordered once and it took three hours for it to be delivered. Then, last Saturday, when my friend and I ordered for delivery, it never showed up. When he called the second time, 3 hours after placing the order, the driver told the crew that the last time he delivered here something catastrophic happened. Which is a total lie since her family doesn't eat this garbage. Never ever again. Their liars and cancel orders without calling to tell people. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Would not recommend ordering from this location if you expect customer service that is even close to decent or your food to be delivered on time or at all. We placed a simple order of two pizzas to be delivered to our hotel room and were told that it would be an hour or less. After almost two hours, we called to inquire only to find out that they had recorded our room number incorrectly, even though we had them repeat it to us over the phone, and the driver simply turned around and left without attempting to fix the issue. Additionally, they failed to record all the digits of our phone number, so they could not call to tell us that they would not deliver. When we finally got in contact with them and provided the correct information again, they told us it was now too late for a delivery person to come to us and we would have to go pick up our food if we still wanted it; it had been over two hours since we placed our order (at the time we ordered it, there was at least three hours until the location closed). No discount or compensation, or even and apology, was offered. Would definitely NOT recommend you order from this location. Would give them ZERO STARS if possible.

The service in this location is definitely not the best. Every pizza for pick up was late by at least 20 minutes including my own. I placed an order at 5:30pm for a 6:15 pm pick up for a cheese pizza. They marked that the order was ready at 6:15pm to take it out of the system but the order was not ready until 6:35. I think they should only take the pizza out of their system when it is handed to the customers. Their numbers would be horrible if they didn't bend the rules. The person before me pizza was suppose to be ready at 6:01pm but didn't get it til 6:34. Crazy thing is, the pizza was sitting in the heater waiting for the cashier to give it to him. It only takes 10 minutes to cook these pizzas that's taking them an hour to bake. I understand if you're short-handed, but I saw five workers in the kitchen with coats on and no gloves at all just playing around. Why can't places like this properly train workers to pull their weight. Surprised it's still open.

Horrible Customer Service, bad pizza. Ordered a party box, and if I had not checked the box before leaving; I would've been scammed out of half a pizza. The employees told me they were busy, and I accepted that. I asked to see a manager so I could consult her about this, and she was very disrespectful. She gave me the same excuse, pretended it wasn't problematic that I would've been scammed, and never apologized. When I asked for one, she very rudely said she did. Overall it was a very poor, and irritating service. I took the completed box home, and the pizza, and everything else in the party box was very poorly made. If you want pizza, go to another place.
