Mr. Hero

I placed an order with this place online Mr hero on Lincoln Way East they charge my card $37.32 order was to be ready at 7:15 p.m. today February 4th husband went to get it the girl in the Drive-Thru is extremely rude said I don't have an order for you he said you charge my card here's the receipt I don't have an order for you you can call the manager in the morning and that's all she would say you bet I'll be calling the manager in the morning there is no reason for her attitude and this is the why this place is such trash!!! I knew better than to order from these people

I always have a small amount of pity for Mr. Hero. It’s always dead when I drive by, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I’ve personally never had Mr. Hero until today. I wasn’t exactly in the fast food mood today, but I needed something quick while running my errands. I was the only patron there, so it took a little time to get my food, on the account they had to make fresh fries/put the food together. That’s a plus. The sandwich was good. I didn’t care too much for the fries or cheese sauce. The cheese was definitely bland canned stuff and for the hype that the employee gave it, I was disappointed. Portions compared to price is small. Isn’t all fast food like that nowadays? Customer service was good. The employee wasn’t rude, as some reviews suggest. They gave some suggestions on the fan favorites and was pretty nice at the window. In all honesty, I’ll probably choose something else in the future. At least I can say I’ve had experienced Mr. Hero. 3/5
