Food is good but my complaint would be that they sold me a mashpotato bowl meal. That's fine. Then I get my cup and go to get my drink and there's no ice. I asked why they sold me a meal knowing that the ice machine was broke. Then the only white lady around 4:45 tells me technically I didn't pay for the drink. I'm not sure but I think its cheaper to buy the bowl by it's self than the meal. So technically I did pay for the drink. It was just rude and unprofessional to say that and charge for a for a drink.

This is thw worst KFC ever, just last night we waited 30 minutes for them to microwave the potatoes becuase the water boiler was broken and they said it was gonna be another 14 minutes for gravey! On top of that the man in front of use waited 40 minutes for chicken wings and last time we went to this KFC my mom got food posionsing.

Be sure to check your order before you leave the store. I got 1 wing instead of 2 thigh. NOT A FAIR SUBSTITUTION. And then they gave me my change all in nickles and gave me only $0.40 instead of $0.70. No big deal unless you live 6 miles away and are a retired senior couple.

Terrible! Chicken was old and cold, along with the mashed potatoes. Ordered an extra chicken strip which I paid for and didn't get it. Worst experience ever. We'll start going back to the one on Contra Costa Blvd. again.

Love it......went there yesterday...during lunch...and the crew of 2 worked really hard to make things go smoothly....and the the food was good!.....wouldve gave it 5 stars....but I hate the tight and lack of parking....

My visit was about 6:30 p.m. On May 29th. the fried chicken taste like it was fried with old grease. This is the worst KFC Fried Chicken I've ever tasted.

The food was incomplete on a take out... it was just thrown in a bag, no napkins, had to ask for the biscuit, on placing the order the employee didn't ask which sides I wanted, she made the decision.. food tasted like garbage and it looked worse.. ended up just throwing it all away.. Will never go back.

The chicken wings were hard on outside dried chicken. Terrible, terrible I won't eat there anymore. The restuarant needs a good cleaning and some paint.
