Armando's, a somewhat quirky little club, is a great place to hear live music. No food is sold, and it can be a bit hot, as there is no air conditioning, but if you like to listen to live musicians up close and personal, this is the place to go. Good variety of genres, including blues, jazz, and folk. Limited space for dancing, but that doesn't stop those who are inspired to dance. I highly recommend this place!

Live music in Martinez! Great live music! Bring cash (beer and wine reasonably priced) and a toe to tap. This bar's eclectic atmosphere and genial host welcome you to set a spell and listen. Enjoy!

This place is just incredible for the music. Cash only. It is a very personal music experience in that you get to hear about the story behind the music from the musicians. The music ranges from blues to rockabilly and everything in between. No food at this place. Lots of local restaurants nearby.

An Eclectic, delightful music venue in downtown Martinez with a huge variety of music and talent. Sadly, they're closing after 15 years. The hope is to find another downtown venue and continue this fabulous offering.

Armando’s is the best small music venue anywhere hands down. Every show is fun with superb music. One of the very few things I miss about living in Martinez.
