Today's experience made me feel ripped off. I did use a coupon, but the sandwich artist didn't know that when I place my order. I ordered a tuna. The Tuna was low in the container she had to scrap the bottom to get my 2 scoops but the scoops were short. Short enough each end had 1/2" missing meat. I told her the meat didn't go to each end so she just spread it thinner. If you do the math I got 5" worth of meat not 6" then she was short with me after addressing it. I've worked at Subway I know the procedures and how much you are supposed to give. She then loaded it with the vegetables to were she could barely close the sandwich. I like vegetables but if I wanted a veggie sub I would have ordered it. I never get service or shorted on my sandwiches even using coupons when the other 2 early morning ladies work. For the price of your sandwiches without coupons your customers shouldn't feel ripped off. My point is what was 1/2 a scoop or better yet the 2 full scoops of Tuna that should be on my sandwich to please me verses the bad review your getting today? If you don't value me as a customer and whst I pay to eat there, then who is going to keep you in business if practices like this continue when management isn't there?

I asked for a steak, egg, and cheese melt right? The next girl in the veggies (Tall and Blonde) accidentally dropped the eggs and steak outta the sub after folding it and panicked to put it back in the sub in a messy fashion then just stuffed it in the brown bag to melt it. Could of just had taken your time bud:)

Super clean, friendly kids working here. They stayed busy doing up keep even when we were the only ones in here. I was blown away that they weren't just standing around on their phones. They were very patient with us as we changed our order a few times. Recommend even though we were just passing through.

Stopped while passing through on I-44 (heavy rain) for a quick sandwich to take on the road. The mens restroom was a disaster, appears the toilet was backed up with product and had been used several times after. Not sure how often they are checked but not a big deal, it happens. The sandwich artists aren't the quickest when I visited, but did average, didn't seem to multi task well. The store was overall in great shape, clean and I was greeted when I entered. Note: This store charges $8.39 for the $6.99 footlong elsewhere. Sandwich was great though, just right for a road trip snack.

Came in for a sandwich. There is no customers in the store, however there are 3 employees. One employee is sweeping the floor, one is in the back and has yet to come out, the other has informed me it will be a bit before she can make anything because she has a order ahead of me. I understand taking online orders, but why can none of the others take my order? Is there only one employee trained to make sandwiches? The door states they don't close until 10pm. Is there a reason why sweeping the floor at 7pm is more important than taking care of customers? To add to this your fountain machine is out of lemonade. Checking product and taking care of customers obviously falls below sweeping the floor.

Treating a customer like they're wrong, the customer is always right in the fast food industry! Having to get help to fold a sandwich, being very slow then ringing up the order wrong.... had to cancel entire order, get another worker who repeated the entire order back then asked what we had for the third time...? Seems there's an issue here. 😕 What if that customer who had a $27 order, had to get it canceled, didn't get refunded immediately but had to run their card again for almost the same amount. What if they didn't have the amount to cover the second time? To the worker who tried to tell me I was in the wrong and wouldn't quit talking, taking up more of my time, you might want to check yourself!
