Literally waited in the drive through 25 min before being able to order. Food was fine as usual. The poor guy at the front was clearly slammed and stressed. Do better for your employees and customers please, Wendy's.

Was charged for my meal and another separate meal at the same time without being aware. Noticed on my bank statement so i went back and explained to manager only to be told its been too long to do anything (3 days). Was also met with disbelief over $18 unauthorized charge. Guess ill let my bank sort it out. Been going here weekly for 8 years and i can say i will never be going back. Place is a joke, i was tired of spending 15 minutes in an empty drive through line anyway.

This restraunt is highly unprofessional. My sister applied here and had an interview just for the manager to tell her that he's extremely low staffed, had a rough week, and basically told her that she has to reschedule for another week. Oh and that he didn't even have her scheduled for an interview the day that she went in and she had applied through the website. She waited and called the restraunt multiple times with no answer.. All I know is there not getting any of my service simply because she has two children at home and had to find a last minute baby sitter all for her to not even have an interview. People should think of the possibilities that people are going through not just themselves....

Worst experience everrrrr!!! Bun was literally hard as a rock how does that happen! we waited an hour tottal.....they tried to ignore us at the window at closing time so they didn't have to remake our sandwich even tho I called and was told to wait for a remake we got tired of waiting so I went up to the window and they asked us what they were supposed to be making!!!

Had another great lunch at the Marshfield Wendy's at Exit 12 off Route 3 in Massachusetts with my best bud for life while driving north to Boston from Cape Cod. It's not halfway, but traffic starts to get challenging for me beyond this point. Not sure about getting off the highway any further along should I need to stop.

Host Terri immediately made us feel welcome in her restaurant. We got to talk to her for a few moments while we waited for our lunch to be prepared as there were no other customers waiting to be served by her. We also spoke to her when she came out into the restaurant to tidy up a bit. She's a very nice lady and helped make our visit a very enjoyable experience, not just a GREAT meal. You will be lucky if she's on duty when you visit. Tell her you read about her and her Wendy's on TripAdvisor.

The food was great, as it always is at Wendy's, everywhere, all the time. We had our regular salads again this time. Still yummy in the tummy, nutrish, too. I never tire of them. Thank you, Team Wendy's, for your good work at providing good food and thank you, Owner, for opening this restaurant where you are so that you can be here when we need our Wendy's fix.

Wendy's is not all that near to Route 3. Once you are off the highway at Exit 12 and are headed east on Route 139 for quite a ways, a mile I think, you need to be ready to turn left at the light just before you come upon Wendy's--for safety's sake; it's just after the 7-11 convenience store, also on the left. Coming back out with the same light is easy and safe, I found. Your results may vary, turning in or coming out. Over to you.

As I was early for my arrival time in Boston, even after lunch, I stopped at the Christmas Tree Shop on the left side of Route 139 when headed back to the highway, Route 3. The driveway leading to the Christmas Tree Shop is on the left, just after the Shell gas station, almost at the entrance ramp back onto the highway headed north, which is on the right. Fortuitously, there's a traffic light there, too, to help you make the left into the Christmas Tree Shop longish driveway and, when you are done, to make the left back onto the main road, Route 139. Please be as careful as I was, if not more so.

Even though the wait times are long sometimes, I have to give this location a 5 star. Every time I've gotten food from here the order has been spot on. I've never seen a Jr bacon cheeseburger put together as clean as these people do.

Worst Wendy's in history. Hope your lunch break is over 30 mins long because it's going to take 45 mins for fries at the drive-thru or inside.

Went to order online for doordash and did not give me the right size so I believed this was Wendy’s fault since it doesn’t do this for ANY other restaurants and the guy that answered gave me an attitude. All I wanted was a medium but they only let me get small. Disrespect this attitude.
