Ordered in the app. Arrived at the store at the time given in the app. Went to the pickup window, gave my name and reason for being there and was told my order hadn't even been started yet. Stood there another 5 minutes waiting for them to make my order... which they never did. Made them cancel it. What's the point of having an app to place orders if your employees are going to ignore it... even after you are there to pick it up? Will never go to the Marshall MO store again.

Every time I get rotisserie chicken wrap. Chicken is always heated...this time ice cold. No where near the amount of chicken you're supposed to get. "Seth" the one working tonight...didn't listen to me or my fiance, he was hateful, and did not care. Wrap was hard and did not taste good at all. Wish I could give negative star review... Seth and his coworker were talking about how nasty most their food was as my fiance and I were eating. Horrible customer service. I will not be eating at this subway again.

Christina is the best Sandwich Artist I've ever found at a Subway! She's always in a great mood and assembles my sandwich Exactly as I order it. Sometimes she recommends the perfect ingredients to make my sandwich even better!

Literally the past three times i have gone to subway, they literally are out of bread before 8pm!! Like it’s seriously sooo frustrating. I understand they get busy but they need to do better!

I had gotten a meatball sub sandwich about a month ago and I ended up in the ER with food poisoning. I know that it was from there because it was the only thing I had eaten that day. I used to love getting sandwiches from there but I will never return.

I came in to my local Subway I'm marshall mo staff acting up and around they made my sandwich my sandwich fall apart he but it back together the 2 guys working was having to much fun and clowing around not put there mind into work when I got home 10 minutes later my bread was so hard and touch to eat I see why they can't keep help

Young man working was rude, and had Zero customer service skills. Called to speak to manager who got smart with me. What a dump!

Never again...I will go out of my way to get subway somewhere else! No bread, frozen chicken, no lettuce and tomato, why bother being open? Last 5 times before tonight no bread...I'm done wasting my time going there! So much for local shopping..if the owners don't care about their business neither do i...
