I’ve eaten food from here and i didn’t have a problem until i started ordering from the app. The first time i chose this location for pick up, i had waited 30-45 minutes for my order and it turned out they gave the order to the wrong person. The second time, i was on my 30min break and placed the order, a few items were missing. When i told an employee, she looked bothered and brought me the manager. The manager kept asking to see the receipt and she spoke with a tone that wasn’t friendly. Speaking as i’m also a manager at a different restaurant, they could’ve at least apologize for the mistake. In the end, they gave me my food and a bag full of sauce which was kind of uncalled for.

Little girl taking my order blurted out that i needed to "hold up" because it was just her and one other employee there when i tried to order 2 sonic blasts. But then i see some random girl pull up in a suv full of kids hanging out the windows, go inside with shorts and sandals, make her own drinks and chit chat with the wonderful employee and then leave after making 2 trips in to get drinks. Fire everyone here and start over.

Like 50% of the parking spot order menu's do not even work. but the spots arent blocked off with cones. i literally just pulled in and backed out of 4 different spots because they dont work. You would think management would have the common sense to at least put a cone in the spot or something... been like this for at least a year

I pulled in on a hot afternoon after being out on the lake ready for something cold to drink. It looked a little busy so expect a little time and I put in my order. 25 minutes later I had still not received my order so I push the button again and asked about it and they said they had no order from me

Ordered popcorn chicken and fries. When I got my food you could tell it had been sitting for a while. Cold, dried out and old. I never complain about my food but I had to send it back.

There are over at least half of the stalls that do not work and they don’t bother to block them off. This has been reported in reviews for months and it doesn’t seem that anyone cares. They should let employees or something park in the spots so people won’t keep going to stalls that do not work.

A LOT of stalls dont work , missing screens , NO drive thru . I literally had to spend 18 minutes driving around over and over to get a spot to check in ( and i mobile ordered , and already paid) .
Called store. NO ONE answered 3 times that I called .
This place is redicilious .

The manager I spoke to when I politely asked if there was a side restroom is absolutely horrid. White, about 5'3, and chunky. She responded to me with a scoff and "No. Does it look like there is?"
I currently work at a separate Sonic location and if I had spoken to a customer that way then I'd get fired for being a disrespectful a*shole. If she or another employee of that stores speaks like that again to me I'll just get a hold of corporate.
P.S. I was doordashing that day and picking up an order so I already made a report through DD support.
Update: Took 15 minutes for them to answer the board when there were only about 5 cars there and when it was answered the woman sounded oh so thrilled that I was there. Only happens when I doordash though...
