Hmm. Last time we walked in there - and it will be the last time ever-, it was hotter than an oven in there. They had those two massive pipe fans blowing but the kids working weren’t allowed to have them on them, they had to be aimed towards the customers/ above the food display windows which leads me to the real issue…
There were flies happily flying, walking on and getting frozen to the food products! No. No. That’s just disgusting. We had to tell one of the workers to get the frozen flies that were stuck on the food trays OUT, as we were leaving because others will see that and be as sick as we were.
My friend did get a sub, without anything on it that the flies were in and it was soggy by the time we got in the car.

3rd time I've ordered 3rd time put incorrect cheese and have non toasted and haven't listened to my. The Subway was good but wait time at lunch is pretty much on average 20min wait time. Overall it's 50/50 on what sort of order u get... if your looking for accurate order this is not your Subway.
Btw I do understand it gets busy there. I'll still go if I have spare 30min wait in lunch break to wait otherwise no thanks.

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous, despite there only being two people ordering in store, the staff on the front is working at absolute snails pace, foods poorly put together and rarely any stock the last few times we've been here. Would recommend traveling to literally any other subway.

Poor management. I waited over 30 minutes to get my order. He was constantly mumbling his breath and being rude. Will never come here again!

I ordered a salad 6-inch sub. All that was on there was cheese, lettuce, onion, capsicum & 3 baby spinach leaves and it cost $6. They said there couldn’t get carrots or olives. Waste of money- very disappointing.

Staff are rude and the manager is disgusting. They don't know how to make a simple sandwhich or follow instructions. Do not order here online because they will completely ruin your order. Absolutely disgusting and terrible customer service. If I could give -5 I would.

Always great staff and service but I dropped 2 stars because you dropped seafood. I will trade the missing 2 stars for the safe return of my seafood sub :(
And don't get me started on dropping sweet chilli sauce. :(

Took 25 minutes to make two subs with only two people in front of me who walked out due to the service. Got the wrong meat on the sub, after asking, poor girl in there doing a catering order and the other was just off with the fairies taking ages just to find bread then a knife in ditsy land having a good old chat with her coworker while there was about 7 people lined up behind me.
