Stopped in today for the first time in a few months, and my food was entirely wrong again. I can not remember the last time it was correct, or even being close to correct.
Ordered a plain bagel, not toasted, with veggie cream cheese, and I get 3 donut stick things???? At least try to get it close.

It was approximately 2p.m. they were out of Avocado spread for my favorite (avocado toast). So I ended up getting a bacon egg & cheese wrap (Which was luke warm to cold) a corn doughnut and a Butterbean iced coffee. I generally skip over this Dunkin and go to the next towns Dunkin. Figured I would give them another shot.

Stopped for breakfast. Greeting from attendant cannot be characterized as friendly and outgoing. The breakfast sandwiches we ordered were delicious as always.

They rush so much that my bacon egg &, cheese bagel aways looks like they opened the bagel and threw everything on it from across the room. Mesh.
There doughnuts are not any better than those in a box from a gas station. Stop building a new DD on every corner and start back at "GO" with great doughnuts, delicious coffee and service that was not like a NASCAR pit stop.

I was here for 5 mins before being acknowledged. The only customer in store at the time. One lady on break, in sitting area playing with her bare feet. And the lady on sandwich station didn't have on any gloves

Terrible I was in line for 20 minutes just to get three donuts. You can't walk in because they don't have enough help for the past four months It's ridiculous. I'm referring to the Marlborough Dunkin donuts.

This location is very badly managed… out of my last several visits I’ve; 1) waited 15 minutes at the drive through with only a few cars ahead of me, 2) not received what I ordered, and 3) been told at 4:30 PM that they are closed because, and I quote, “my coworkers aren’t here and I was supposed to leave 30 minutes ago.” I’m done trying to give this location a chance.
