Dunkin' Donuts

The manager of this dunkin donuts went above and beyond!!! I called asking if there was any way we could get a donut decorating kit for our kids' donut themed party. She immediately agreed and was super friendly and helpful. When my husband went to pick up the kits, not only were they ready for him about they also sent back a gift big full of dunkin donuts goodies! Amazing!!!

I hate this dunkin. I forget that i hate it after a few weeks and go back, and it's still bad. Slow service, consistently wrong orders, missing portions of orders, staff argues amongst themselves at volume with customers present, usually awful attitudes. Seriously, i'd rather drink mud filtered thru a hobo's sock and call that coffee than come back to this dunkin. Oh, yeah. Why i finally wrote the review: just went in and waited 13 minutes with one person in front of me to get an iced coffee, bagel, hasbrowns, and 2 donuts...

There doughnuts use to be so good...I went in today and ordered three old fashioned & six glazed...what the heck happened ?! they taste like the doughnuts they sell at the gas station. Are they shipped in frozen? The bakery at the grocery store makes way better doughnuts that are bigger and definitely taste better. I hope Dunkin stops worrying about building a new store on every street corner and start worrying about the things that made them famous.

I asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant and asked if they could add avocado to it, she said she would see what she could do. A mile down the road I noticed that my croissant only had avocado in it, checked the receipt and I was charged for the bacon egg and cheese plus the $1.50 for the avocado. Had to drive back for my bacon egg and cheese! 😓
