Friendly's

Oh so delicious! The strawberry milkshake is so delicious and they have amazing options aside from the burgers which honestly are more tasty than the burgers. Lots of options friendly staff relaxed and fun atmosphere! Kids food available of course, many options. Near lots of kid friendly places too and the whole development is newer. Very nice!

We took a chance here despite the poor reviews, knowing we had a backup restaurant planned if service was as poor as other reviewers have stated. It’s clear however, that they are trying. For a Wednesday night, the restaurant had a handful of patrons and our server, an older woman, was training a young server. We never caught their names but the older server was genuinely interested in our experience, making sure our food was delicious and that our experience overall, was good. Our mini mozzarella sticks came out hot and our entrees reminded me of the Friendly’s of old - hot, stuffed turkey supermelts packed with all the yumminess we remember from our childhood. This experience far exceeded when I first came here years ago. That experience was horrible, but this one was excellent. It’s evident that the server’s are trying. I hope the effort continues. I’d much prefer to come here than trek out to Auburn.

Total came around $17 for a chicken tender meal with a milkshake. Not only is the value for your money incredibly low but just look how it’s prepared. Upon pulling up there was no communication at the window, just handing my food and pushed away. Poor customer service, little to none value to your food, horrible presentation.

Always have liked going to Friendly's. The food here is definitely a guilty pleasure. The Super Melts taste great, the fries are always good. This particular Friendly's also has a drive through. I've used it a few times, and while its not as quick as a standard fast food drive through its still quick enough.

Perhaps there are more exquisite dining options available elsewhere, however, on this fine evening I was delighted with an affordable and delictable dining experience. I purchased a medium sundae, and my two companions ordered a sherbet waffle cone and an M&M frenzy. The flavor - it was superb. Truly one of the best ice creams I have ever consumed and utterly obliterated. Perhaps other visitors may have claimed a diabolical experience, but this could not have been further from the case at the Marlborough establishment. The service lives up to the name, that being Friendly. As Benjamin Franklin wrote ever so eloquently in the Bill of Rights, "You can't buy happiness, but you can buy ice cream." Thank you to everyone for your service and a night to remember.

Website and restaurant says open til 1030. We arrived at 945 and no one answered to take our order at the drivethru, so we parked to go place an order inside.. the doors remained unlocked and the girl behind the counter just looked at us and continued mopping. Just bad customer service all around. If you want to close earlier: update your business information.
