The service is always horrible. If you ask for any condiments that aren’t on the table, you are met with a attitude. I asked for a plastic spoon to feed my baby mashed potatoes and the waitress become upset and never brought it. I had to ask the guy who was bussing the tables and he got it right away. Food has been cold the last three times I went so that was surely my last time. I guess ‘if’ I return again the steakhouse is the only option since the buffet closes early! The same waitress mentioned about is also the person handing out the drinks. She is just mean and rude. And don’t get me started on the fact you have to pick up your own drink and walk back over for a refill.

My husband and I went to this restaurant and the entire experience was great. The server refilled our drinks several times and stopped by the table to check on us until we left. The food was great too. The guys in the kitchen were true professionals who knew what they were doing. Good sized portions, the food was correct, flavorful and was delivered super fast. My only issue was the seafood gumbo - it was very good but a little salty. I can't wait to go back again. Truly a delightful experience.

I would like to give it more stars because my pork chop red beans with rice was delicious however my son ordered the fried crawfish tails and did not get them until after all of us had eaten . We had to ask about his food at least 3 times minimum. When we got our check they had double charged for them and the waitress acted like we had ordered them twice when we hadn't. Probably because they were so clueless and paid no attention to our needs. The manager only offered to take a few dollars off of my sons meal Be certain to check your tickets for your charges

Service was TERRIBLE and the food was not as good as it use to be....never coming back here again. Of course, we left a tip as we got service so needless to say the waitress did not get a tip. Also, don’t go during saints game because they are trying to work but they are not missing the game. They need to put cameras in this place to see how this place is run....good bye Roxy forever
