I haven't been to Marion in 4 years or more but I sure did have a great time at the shack. Nothing fancy, just drinks and good food. Also, a nice porch to sit on. I don't know when, but I'll be back.

Tried this place a second time, with the kids and my sister. Every order was great! My Catfish sandwich, My sisters Loaded Baked Potato with the Philly style beef, my nephew' s BLT(Lots of bacon), my y nieces Ham and cheese( thick ham) and finally, The first and best, the fried catfish salad yall! 10 stars

Good hot food. Burgers, baked potato with toppings, chicken fingers, ground steak with toppings, side salad sweet potato fries, that type of fare. Walked in just before 11:00 which is when they open, workers are kind and interested. Kept our drinks full. Was pretty packed by about 11:30. Recommended by a local. Good food.

Super good! My wife and I had the pulled pork sandwiches which where piled high with tender meat! Sides were extra and I ordered coleslaw which was creamy and a wonderful add to the sandwich. My son had chicken tenders and fries which came out fresh and piping hot. The sweet tea was fresh and contained just the right amount of cane sugar. The Shack is in a 100 year old building which offers a glimpse into a simpler time. Simple, super good food.....highly recommended!!!

Great food and prices! Just bought a house in Marion and stopped by to check out the place. The catfish was awesome. Nice patio to eat on, staff was super friendly. We’ll be frequent customers!

There was a wait but with just like three of them 😃 they did a fantastic job. Nobody got mad cause we were checked on often. Order quick cause there's gonna be a wait but if you can be patient and enjoy your company then you'll be fine. Oh and the food was great!!!
