If I could give zero stars I would. This trip was an absolute joke! I placed a mobile order and when i got in the drive through I sat there for at least 15 minutes before I even made it to where you order. Once I got to the window, it didn't take too long but when she gave me the bag I asked to confirm that everything was in there and she said yes. I checked the order and found 4 items were missing. So I went back and went into the store thinking it would be quicker. I stood there for maybe 10 minutes before some even acknowledged I was there. I even made direct eye contact with a cook and he said nothing. Once I was finally acknowledged they acted like it was a joke and acted like they didn't know what to do. Finally the manager got there and she was able to get my missing items. The whole time I was standing there waiting they were making jokes and using foul language in front of customers. By the time I got home my food was cold and soggy.

Ordered 8 burritos only 4 in the bag. I asked the person at the window if he were sure all our food was there bc it was all cramped in one bag so it was hard to look. He said he couldn't be sure he didn't put it in there then the lady at the end of the lone said it's for sure there. And it deff was not

I dont usually do this simply because I know people make mistakes but we ordered 3 chicken chipotle melts, which were cold, and didn't have any chipotle sauce on them at all, and nearly didn't get out cinnamon twists but we noticed before we pulled away which were cold and stale and hardly any sugar. I never got my recipt, but I have a picture of the "chicken chipotle melt" that we received, I wouldn't even call it that though since it didn't have the chipotle sauce nor was it hot. The shredded cheese wasn't melted, and it didn't look like it was ever even cooked. Staff was very rude when we politely asked for the cinnamon twists that they forgot, and pretty much slammed the window on us. We said "thank you" and she said mhmmm. I get it, we all have bad days but this was by far the worst service and food I have ever received, and I know I'm not gonna be able to get my money back because i didn't get my recipt.

Very rude was called a jackass when I tried to tell them they gave me the wrong drinks was asked to pull forward not once but twice while I was trying to explain they gave me the wrong stuff... watch them throw a wrapper in a drink and not pour the drink out and remake they physically removed the wrapper... then refilled what came out and put a lid on it.... Honestly I would eat there at your own risk...
