Wendy's

They're now fully staffed with an outstanding young group of employees. Serving the new strawberry frosty and strawberry summer salad with sesame seed dressing very good. Prices like everywhere have increased with a small frosty now ,$1.89 compared to the former $.99. if they keep raising the price, they'll finally get it up to what it's worth!

Not only one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, but fast food places in general. I know it’s just a fast food place but it’s awful. It’s something different every time. I’ve seen the drive thru line backed up around 7:50-8pm multiple times with no way of knowing that they are “closed.” It couldn’t be more obvious that the employees don’t care, which, I get. Definitely falls on the owner. I’d just avoid this place and save yourself the hassle.

This place is being ran by people who have either no idea what they are doing or just don’t care. All appear to be unsupervised teenagers who don’t know the first thing about customer service. Having conversations while my food is sitting at the window, taking forever to take an order at the drive thru…. Just today, saw 4 cars in line and could tell that the car that was trying to order was being told to wait (which seems to always be the case because they can’t handle more than one thing at a time) and then the other 3 cars all left after sitting for 10 minutes. This place is just an embarrassment. The only time it’s ever been somewhat smooth is when the manager is there. The owner of this place should really teach his employees about customer service and efficiency (because they obviously could care less) or completely restaff. And the cherry on top was when I once asked for a happy meal and the cashier said in a snarky retort that they don’t sell happy meals. Gee, my bad, meant a kids meal.

The lady who took my order today has poor customer service skills eventhough she made my food perfectly. If she doesn't like where she works, then she should find other employment. I had to do it. I ran into that same lady with a client of mine back in April. Gave my client the horrendous customer service.

Tbh all Wendy’s are hit or miss. Either 2 star or 5 star. But this one is always a HIT when Ryan/Bryan is working. I keep losing the receipt so can’t give a review, but I always go back to this Wendy’s because he makes my order perfect😉. I always get the #5 grilled chicken with honey mustard extra veggies. Only when Ryan/Bryan is working is it made right (lacking veggies if he doesn’t make it, this is with all locations) He is always pleasant and makes my day to see him. He should be a franchise owner if not a manager!! He goes out of his way to make sure order are right. Thank you Ryan/Bryan. I have a hearing issue so I’m not sure which name, even after hearing it 5 times. I go to this Wendy’s because of him. I have given up going to other locations because they don’t actually give extra veggies even when I pay for it, except when he’s working. Thank you!!!!!!!!

If you don't like waiting 30mins for "fast food" you should probably go somewhere else. I don't like leaving negative reviews based on a single occasion but after the 5th or 6th time of pulling up, waiting 15mins without a single car moving, and then driving away... it's time. I hope the owner or manager realizes that the staff or systems that the staff are following aren't working.
