Gave up after 10 minutes not moving in drive though. Both Wendy’s and the Taco Bell need to figure out how to put their staff on when their busy time are. Have up for both places and ended up ordering down the street from Moxie Burger. How can a sit down restaurant server to go food faster than 2 fast food joints ???

Never was a well-run operation (and my first job was in a Wendy's so I have a pretty good idea of how things should be done in one). But over the last year the employees they are able to bring in are not doing a good job. You can go a mile down the road to Freddy's and have a better experience all the way around.

I ordered only a medium fry and the total was supposed to be 2.75, but when i went to the second window the lady took my card and said “15.23” and I told her that’s not right and that I only ordered a medium fry, and she then apologized and charged me for the correct order. Then I went to the next window and they gave me the wrong meal and when i gave it back it took them forever to get me the right food. which would have been just fine but When i checked my bank account they charged me for the 15 dollar meal and my medium fries, i gave them a couple of days to take the charge off but they haven’t so i went to call them and nobody will answer the phone. it goes straight to voice mail. I’m not wanting to spend 15.23 on a med fry. they charged me for someone else’s meal and i can’t get into contact with anyone to resolve this problem. so i would rate it 0 if i could.

I think this may be my first ever review.
Mercedes for some reason made sure my experience at drive thru was a bad one. Never saw this girl before or interacted with her. She not only drops my change seemingly on purpose but almost smirks that it happens and being that I couldnt find all the change on the ground it was my loss. She didnt think it apologize (again it didnt seem accidental) , literally triggered my anxiety in an instance. I promise having a rude demeaner for no reason is a horrible and ugly chacter trait to posses as you dont know what someone may be going through and for something as simple as someone trying to get food, she sure had it out for me.
The male over the intercom also had some attitude over a simple mixup in drinks being that their outside menu reads what I was stating but because I didn't know the specifics I was explained in a condescending tone as though I should have known better. Whew today's interaction was very strange. I do believe Mercedes was trying to follow through with the males interaction with me, that's truly what it felt like. Again, I've never interacted with this worker in my life. I am currently on the phone with corporate about this. I wouldn't expect much from fast food workers but I do at least want to be respected as a customer. I'm sure they would want the same if they were a customer somewhere.

Generally my experience here is alright which is why I dont mind coming here.
Today red headed girl that was handling drive thru was rather unpleasant on speaker and at the window, sucks because I wanted to continue having a good day than this. Than to make matters worse the fat lady that was helping her (yep time for me to be rude just like the workers I encountered today) she too had an attitude when simply giving me my food? Ok. Not sure if something happened at the job today that maybe everyone was in a bad mood but please be friendly to your customers. That is all. Not sure when or if I will be back to this location. I'll be looking to see the next closest one to me.

This Wendy's was so awesome! The line was so long and I forgot to order my autistic sons burger plain. So when I got to the window I asked if I could add a plain burger and explained the situation. They WITHOUT hesitation just took a burger out of my bag and made a plain one for him. I appreciate it so much. THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH!!!!

The food I've had here is good, problem is whatever management they have. The line is always around the building because they legitimately have 2 people working at all times. Up until about 6 months ago, they had double the amount of people working there (I've been going here since I was a kid so I know). Now it's only 2 or 3 including a cook. They don't have the dining room open either so you have to sit in the drive thru line. And they close at 9p would always be one of their busiest times- especially on weekends. I don't buy that they can't find anyone to work, because that has never been the case in precious years here. Hope it changes back to normal, otherwise I won't be back

There was a little bit of a wait, but I'm not going to hold that against them because I think only 2 of them were there. The food was hot and fresh. I went during breakfast, ordered the #1 with a lemonade, bacon egg and cheese croissant, baconator and an extra potato wedges. Staff was very professional.
