Starbucks

Just had a bad experience at this Starbucks. Went there 5 minutes before closing today and they completely messed up my order and gave my wife an attitude for being there right before closing.No way to replace the order as they wouldn't open or acknowledge us for a return. Sorry we stopped by during your hours of operation their guys! Good thing we don't live in Georgia- just passing by!

I have worked at the hospital near this Starbucks for 5 years. For the past month I have been going here before my night at work and order an iced coffee. Each time they tell me they are "out of ice coffee." I asked why a Starbucks is out of iced coffee they said they put it away around 4pm even though they don't close until 8pm. I know this sounds silly but ALL during COVID this Starbucks closed at 6pm. Leaving all hospital employees without coffee on our way to work. They just went back to normal hours 5 days a week. They still close early on weekends.. I am just baffled that a Starbucks doesn't serve iced coffee until close. Dunkin does!

The 2 stars are for the lovely and prompt gentlemen in the drive thru window taking my order. I visited this location for the first time today and it may be my last. After placing my order for a sandwich and frappe I waited behind only 3 cars for 20 minutes. Once I FINALLY got to the window they informed me that their card reader was having problems and asked for a different payment. Didn't have the cash. The gentlemen then told me he would only be able to give me my drink. I understand things happen out of your control, but the fact that it took 20 minutes just to inform me of the problem and the fact that the drive thru locks you in (no drive around room) therefore making it impossible for me to attempt to get food somewhere else before my break ended, I think I should have been given my sandwich.

A BARISTA by the name of HORTON was so accommodating & helpful during my visit...he made this visit even more enjoyable . Everything was nice except when one needs their restroom...dear Lord in Heaven...wasn't prepared to enter a 5-digit code to enter one of their two restrooms in their store...jeez...nothing like, asking from an alcove with sooo many patrons sitting inside..what's their current 5-digit code....can you say.. AWKWARD!!!!

I walked over from Piedmont urgent care during my break. A woman standing outside told me the inside of the store was closed and that they were only open for another 15 minutes due to short staff. As I was walking away she let me know she could take my order no problem. She took my order outside and I got it super quickly. It was made perfectly. I didn’t have a chance to ask her name but I really appreciate her kindness. Great way to start the new year!
