Asked for a caramel ribbon crunch with chocolate. Like a bunch of chocolate, mixed in and on top. Robert understood the assignment and delivered the best one I’ve had made! <3 he was super friendly and efficient too!

Super expensive coffee and drinks that's just ok. The staff ignore customers, seemingly very focused on just doing their job.

Most of the time you can count on a great cup of coffee. And you can almost always count on a long line in the drive-thru. That is something they really need to do something about. It should never take as long as it does.

The female employee with (red hair I think) that was working today 08/14/20 was extremely rude with lack of energy. I’ve never had a problem with this Starbucks. It’s actually one of my favorite spots I go to occasionally for many years. This person though on the other hand was just doing complete sloppy work.

They were out of a lot of stuff, but I got what I wanted. 100% (correctly!) masked crew - thank you! Limited indoor seating now available.
