This isn't my closest Dunkin but i choose to go here because of the lady at the window every morning. She has such great customer service and is always on top of things, with beautiful energy. They are also very patient when i order which is great because im always changing up what i get. Compared to the surrounding DD these guys are THE BEST! Thanks Everyone👍🏻

Never order from this place!!! #1 couple years ago, sitting in their parking lot ordered on my app. Went in to get the order and they said I didn’t order for their store. #2 today couple years later bc I would never purchase from here again but my wife wanted to order a hot latte and we were told the machine was broken!!! You are a coffee shop and have broken equipment for a popular drink?? These DOT Heads should sell out and move back to their scum bag county!!!

They got upset at me for trying to order. Then as I was trying to explain that they got my order wrong on the screen they yelled that it was right and that they would get it right. In the end I did not get the coffee I ordered and it was not good, very watered down. On top of this when I ordered a strawberry donut, they gave me just a glazed donut. Would not recommend.

order a cappuccino got steamed milk ain't no coffee flavor in it didn't want to make a big deal I go back in order me a medium coffee extra extra you know that is sweet sweet well no it's horrible second coffee not to mention I paid for both there goes my money in the trash won't be going to this place again!! I work across from it so it's my my way but it's gotten worse aworse and worse . 😐👎

The WORST Dunkin' store. One of the servers yelled at me this morning!!!!! I had to ask the server at the drive thru window if that man was yelling at me? He told me that he would let me get the side of bacon this time but he will say no next time. Who in the world yells that at their customers???? I will NEVER patronize this store. RUDE, RUDE I stopped going there for years now I remember why!!!!!!!

The man there early in the morning is rude...coffee was cold and nasty...never again....and when they were supposed to remakes coffee they used the same cup I sipped fr...ain't it covid ijs
