These people are so slow if they moved any slower they'll be a statue. No one in the back comes out to help in the front and the manager or supervisor don't request for help when there is a line people only have 30min to a hour lunch. If want a sandwich order it a day in advance and may it will be ready the next day. Stacks of boxes in the service area. This was my first time there and it will be my last. If you want a good sandwich go to Mr.Subs in union.. The best

Very horrible place fresh food very stale attitudes.I had hair in my cookie and I know it was not a part of the receipe.WARNING!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY from this unsanitary business!!!!I If you call blimpie you will not get anyone so I called until someone responded and it was dunking donuts and her exact response was using sarcasm what what do U want a refund taking it very lightly jokingly I did not see anything funny. If it was her it would not be humorousThis place BLIMPIE needs some firing and new hiring.I do not recommend this place.if ☹😭

My daughter told me she went there first when she was coming home from work the lady that made her sandwich had a terrible attitude, about a hr. Later I went there with my daughter to purchase a sandwich the lady was nice and said to my daughter Thank-you for bringing your mother. Her attitude was different to me than my daughter she was rude and disrespect to my daughter that was rude this should not happen to no customers never. Didn't like the way my daughter was treated at all.bad customer service. I rate them horrible.
