worst store!! I asked for an afoggato caramel and they gave me whatever the cashier wanted. They gave drinks to everyone who was after me!!!! I have an autistic child who was going from one place to another in the store, which is prohibited. it took 20 minutes to give me an iced coffee? The worst in service. and what's more I think the girl who gave me my drink didn't even have gloves 🤮🤢 Why would they have served everyone first? little empathy if you see a child with a disability do not take all the time to give me a simple iced coffee! the worst money spent!!

Ya sooooo, I keep seeing low stars due to slow service. Guys, they are BUSY. I’m yet to experience an incorrect order (fingers crossed) and my overall experience has been great. They did have an issue with people not wearing masks - which prompted the county to actually shut down seating, which would explain why they are so nit-picky, but that hasn’t stopped me from ordering. The other stores in the area are super cute, quaint and walkable and there is an amazing bakery nearby.

Unable to make a hot cup of tea with milk/cream. First attempt it wasn't hot at all, so the tea bag was unable to steep properly...so just a cup of warm milk. Second attempt was some type of "tea latte" I gave up and asked for a refund. The barista(whom was extremely pleasant and accommadating) mentioned multiple times that was how "she was trained to make tea " Team members please provide proper training on making HOT tea at this location. Thanks!

Starbucks in Maplewood truly sucks ! Not open when they say they are open and closed when they say they are open! Bad service folks standing around not doing their jobs and no managers to keep their staff moving while two other staff members are working like there is no tomorrow. Just close it down if you can’t keep up with the demands. I would have given a zero for service !

Worst service ever! None of the employees wear gloves. Quickly took the mask down to taste our coffee and the young lady making the coffees kept telling me to put my mask on. Glad I bent the rule for a second to taste it because we ended up needing the coffee remade as it was incorrect and disgusting at that, and she was very reluctant. After catching an attitude she remade it. I tried to taste it again to make sure it was correct and she proceeded to tell me to put my mask up, and that “we can leave”. So rude, terrible customer service. Will not be going back.

Asked how long the wait as I have an appointment was told only 4 drinks in front of you, asked for 2 express Frappuccino, paid credit card not sure how much they don’t give you receipts Waited 15 min hot one drink was told to go back to kind to order the other try to get the attention of the employee that took the order she completely ignore me, very disappointed with service in starMaplewood at this point
