This was my first Subway drive-thru experience, and I was impressed. Followed the process just as if I was in the store, and the employee taking my order was very clear to understand and accommodating to my preferences. I wanted my sandwich toasted, so I had to wait until it was done toasting to go onto the vegetable selection (just like in store). He told me to wait and then got back on the intercom when he was ready. Proceeded to window and boom - sandwich time.
I went with the toasted Subway Club (which has bacon instead of roast beef now - the employee told me and asked if I was okay with that). With some salt and pepper and Chipotle sauce, you can't go wrong! 😋

My last visit here was fast efficient service. I had my son order his own so he gets some good experience on ordering food. They were good to work with him. The sandwiches always taste great.

Ann was too busy reading and laughing about bad reviews and giving her friend free subs to help the new guy make my sub, pretty ridiculous. The new guy did pretty good tho.

I went to this Subway this week with my brother and my mom. The workers were fixing our sandwiches without any masks on in the middle of a pandemic. I feel like out of all the places where the workers should be wearing masks right now, it's in the food business. It's poor management by whoever is in charge of that Subway. But then the girl went to ring up someone's sandwich and she kept her gloves on while touching the cash register and then she went back to touch my mom's sandwich with the same gloves on. So my mom had to ask her if she could change her gloves. I feel like that's something that a food worker should already do wether we're in the middle of a pandemic or not. Super unprofessional and poor management.

The $5 dollar footlong special has now gone to online orders only. They enlightened my buddy and myself when we went to order after we requested the special. I wont be ordering from Subway for at least a year. I do not like to conform to modern day technology.
