Dunkin'

This location is a constant disappointment each morning. Every time I ask for ketchup the packets are all stick together and gross. One morning I waited 15 minutes to pay for my order as the employees argued about a messed up transaction. Mean while I am now late for work because I sat there 15 minutes at the window. The worst service ever each and every time and This morning was my last time visiting this location… as I ordered two orders of hash browns only receive one and the packet of ketchup were stuck together AGAIN!! Management needs to do better because this is not a good look for business. If zero stars were an option that is what would be given.

This place terrible , no Dunkin’ Donuts has their bathroom closed but this one. I made a purchase and asked for bathroom keys , at which time I was told by the manager that they closed their bathroom due to covid , that’s bs. I’ll take my business to wawa next time or Starbucks who has better coffee anyways .

Got my grandson so munchkins they were all stale …. My daughter-in-law wanted a tea no lemon extra sugar her tea was no sugar extra lemon …. This is not the first time it’s been a problem with the store and trying to get it corrected is always a challenge … my advice stay far far away there’s a Wawa right down the street

There's a older female there who is very rude. When you say Good Morning, silence. When you say "Thank You", silence. She appears to always be having a BAD DAY and it's the paying customer's fault, I guess. Also, when you use a DD Perks free drink coupon, watch her. I asked her for a large iced drink twice and when I get to the window, she's made a smaller one. If I'd had the time, I would've had her make it right. The DD's on Borton Landing Road and Rt. 38 are very professional and friendly. Skip this one unless you're out of options.

I don't know the woman's name, but every time I come through in the morning, she knows my order by heart and always smiles. Today she accidentally made our drinks medium but when I mentioned that they were supposed to be large, she was sorry and offered to remake the drinks (even though I said I'd still take the mediums). She's a wonderful worker and I hope that she gets the recognition that she deserves.

Have gone there many times as it's on the way to my son's school. I use the order to go app so I can grab and go. My order has never been right when I go to pick up, wrong donuts, tea, bagel, whatever it is I ordered. It's like they just grab an item and throw it into the bag. Now when I've gone in to order, friendly people and prompt service, which is why I give 2 stars and not 1
