Togo's

This Togo's is awesome! The employees are great and made my food super quick. **I do feel bad for them though since their AC seems to be out or just not working well. I was sweating so bad and I was only in there maybe 10 minutes. Can't imagine how they feel. I'd leave a 1 star for that alone, but I know reviews can impact the employees. Togos owner/s, Do better. Fix your AC!**

I love Togo's and usually have no problems. Last Sunday I called at 6:25 to order sandwiches for pickup the guy that answered said they were closed I told him your website says you close at 7 he said they had no control over that and they were closed. I told him that management should change the hours on the website then. Tonight I ordered two sandwiches for delivery I had no problem with the delivery it arrived on time the service was great with doordash my problem is again with Togo's. I always look forward to the pepperocinis on the sandwiches I always get it Togo's Style because it's supposed to have pepperocinis on all sandwiches. Tonight neither one of them had pepperocinis but they had a lot of pickles on them. Very disappointed in Togo's it'll be a while before I go back

They make decent sandwich, but fail at customer service. Long story short, we ordered through door dash and Togos made a mistake on the order by adding something we specifically asked to be left off due to severe (deadly severe) allergy, and togos said even though it was there own mistake door dash is somehow responsible, Door dash was great and resent the order for us but togos then canceled the order themselves and just sent us back the money for our sandwich, just sad to see they can't even try to fix a mistake they caused.

Terrible service messed my order up. He had to make it 3 times and even then still messed up this location is really bad and def not worth the money spent. I ordered the steak and cheese and they dont even use steak its more like roast beef. They also barely changed gloves while handling the food and touching other things. Never again 🤮

Workers are slow and they seem like they don’t know what they are doing . Our orders got mix up. One of the sandwich was supposed to be with out mustard because of allergies and they put mustard on both . We did not even bother to say anything about it because we did not wanted to wait other 30 min for a sandwich. They are friendly but they need to be more effective , clean and fast.

Just stopped by to grab a sandwich and the front door was locked with employee yelling we are closed ..!! My reply ur sign by the front door says you close at 6pm Employees reply closed early. I asked for store managers number and was told they didn't have it So if your looking to buy a good sandwich avoid this place they might close early on you You guys lost a loyal customer today by closing early and yelling at me like I shouldn't have showed up to buy a sandwich And if the manager reads this provide your employees with your number and maybe put it on the front door of the store
