Panda Express

Was just in and ordered food and 1 thing was correct and got someone else's food for the other part which means i paid for for food i didn't get and it was all wrong. Tried calling and no answer and i live 20-25min so coming back was a no. There was 1 other person who came in so it wasn't that hard. I asked if this was everything and he said yes. Just want my money back for paying for food we didn't get and incorrect food too! It's hard when they don't answer the phones.

One time we had small worms fall out of our fortune cookie as we were eating them. We didn't go back for a long time and never ate the fortune cookies again. However recently we gave them another try. We were rushed to order and were charged $4 for two cups of water. CUPS not bottled water. It's also hit or miss if you will get fresh food or orange chicken that they let sit out there for hours turning into rubber.

This was by far the worst food I have ever had. I am new to the area and love the Panda Express where I used to live so I ordered my usual from this one in Manitowoc and couldn't even eat it after one bite. It didn't even come close to what it was supposed to taste like. Made me feel sick, the walnut shrimp was so soggy and tasted like water. The chicken teriyaki was just a piece of nasty chicken, no flavor on it. And the Beijing beef was so hard and dried out you couldn't even chew it. So happy I wasted my money on over priced garbage!

Nothing was ready. 15 min wait. I wanted an order of crab Rangoon a and they had two in the bowl and they wouldn't make anymore, and then I got charged full price...how is that?? Teriyaki sauce was so old it wasn't sauce, it was pudding. Only time this place is good is when the General Manager is there. They didn't even give me a receipt.
