Food is very good, reasonably priced & plentiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside was the size of the table we were given - just about adequate for 2 though there were plenty of bigger tables empty. My chair felt as if I were sitting in a corridor, as people were constantly passing just behind me.

Soup was tasty but cold, so I sent it back and it came back much hotter. The roast potatoes were cold and tough like they had been left on a warmer a long time. We paid for an adult meal for my grandson, but when he went to choose his meal was only given a small meal, this was mentioned and sorted out.

We just visited Toby Carvery langley park I can’t rate the service and the food anymore highly. The customer service received from keelie was outstanding Very friendly, welcoming and warm atmosphere. She really looked after us with her nice smile from time we arrived till time we leave. Definitely coming back 😍

Visited this evening (22/09) and chanced not having a booking. We were greated with a warm welcome from the gentleman who seated us. We asked for a booth table as its easier with our toddler who hates high chairs and he got one ready for us straight away. Our waitress (Chantelle) was amazing with our son and so friendly. Drinks order was taken and brought quickly as was cutlery for food. The chef carving the meat on the carvery was chatty and friendly. All the food was great, the Yorkshire puds and gravy were amazing and the beef was epic! All in all a really nice meal out for an exhausted mum who really didn't want to cook! Thank you! We will definitely be back😁

When entering the restaurant the lady who was greeting guests (Lauren) was being shouted at by some guests before us in the line to enter. We did not hear the whole conversation so can not comment too much on it but Lauren was very polite and seemed to handle the matter very well. She stayed professional the whole time and when it was our time to be seated, she was very accommodating and provided us with a nice welcome. We were served by Darren throughout our time there and he was very pleasant and helpful. He was quick to attend to us. All staff we encountered were polite and an asset to the company! The food was lovely and we had a really lovely experience! Will defiantly be returning again soon!

The atmosphere and the service provided by the table staff here is always excellent. Though I would say that the service from carvery staff is very hit and miss, sometimes you get a really nice person the next time you visit you get someone completely opposite. Finally, the quality of the meat is very unpredictable. Last week we had horrible lamb, served two slices of which one was just fat. But a few weeks prior, plenty of lamb and hardly any fat.

Nice enough carvery, although many options missing and nobody to ever refil them it seems, even when requests are made. Serving staff run absolutely ragged, management taking far more people in than they are able to cope with, so service and attention drops back somewhat. The queues, when we left, stretched outside into the front seating area, and nobody was being turned away or told to come back later. There is just not the staff to cover all these people adequately. I feel so sorry for the waitresses, the few I do see in there. We always seem to get the same waitress, a nice enough lady, but so overworked, she was considering walking out and was visably upset. Come on management, give these girls half a chance to be able to do a decent job, to get their tips earned rather than given out of pity!
