Stayed 3 nights, room was a good size, very high ceilings! Lots of storage although the bathroom could have done with a bit of a deeper clean, and the rusty towel rail could have done with being replaced.
Other than that, all ok.
Very friendly staff, and the food was very good.
Plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel.
It was about a 10-15 walk into town

Arrived early ( 2 and an half hours early) and was allowed to check in. Staff very friendly and chatty. Our room was very spacious and clean but had a musty smell. Soon aired out with windows open. The bathroom had cobwebs and dust behind the door and the shower cubicle was dirty. The toilet made a screeching sound when flushed the first time, then wouldn't flush at all but the staff were very good and it was fixed just over an hour after reporting it.
Breakfast was lovely and brought out quite quick and evening meal was beautiful. Dining area well set out.

Excellent budget hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Quiet. Well located for access to Maidstone town centre and local motorways.

Excellent hotel. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Had booked a double room for 2 nights, a few weeks before, but due to unexpected travel plans, I had to book a double for an extra night and a single for 3 nights. We were able to keep the same double room for the 3 nights so no having to change rooms, even though it was a separate booking. Both rooms were perfect and our rooms were on the same floor. Cannot find any fault with this hotel and will certainly be staying again.

Rooms were basic but clean and comfortabe. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay an awesome experience.

Hotel was clean and welcoming … the only downside was the size of the bed, very small for 2 people.. I would recommend this hotel

Photos do not do this lovely hotel justice. Building and garden really looked after. Room clean and tidy. Bed comfy. Bath room spacious and we even got a bath as requested. 10 minute walk to the town. Had breakfast bought to our room which was adequate. Staff very welcoming and polite. Will be booking again soon.

Really lovely hotel, all staff were welcoming especially the lovely lady who offered to cook us something when the restaurant was closed due to being Sunday.

Phenomenal staff. Wish America learned a thing or 2 from this staff. Anytime I needed something, 1am, 3am, 5am, or late afternoon, someone was readily available to provide service. Rooms clean and nice area. When I come back to the UK, this is the only hotel I’ll be staying at.

It’s a lovely hotel, good price, very nice staff, the bedrooms are clean, Cozy and comfortable. The bar is also nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Its easy to access, not far from downtown Maidstone and has parking too, nice little garden at the back and patio area at the front. I like it and recommend it
