Came here yesterday to try KFC’s new chicken and waffles. It was good, but service could have been better. The staff also isn’t serious enough. It was around 5:00 and the place was empty when I walked in. Food is a little pricey, as the cheapest sandwich is 5 bucks, and serving sizes are a little small unless you are willing to fork over more than $8.00. So if you want to eat cheap and get full, don’t come here.

This place is a nightmare. Number one it is in an awkward place. I do drive up and is poorly designed. Number 2 and the biggest thing it is understaffed and they are so hurried and they make mistakes every single time ! they will cut you off when you're making your drive up order because the person in the window is filling orders back inside the kitchen. The food quality is average it's hard to mess up the sides but the chicken last time was not crispy and I was ordering crispy chicken tenders! I could not be more displeased with a restaurant that has a very structured menu. The one in Flowood Mississippi is awesome so that is where I will have to go even though it is further

Started not to go to this place from past experience, but was craving KFC. Big mistake. Waited 20 minutes for chik'n to cook, then waited 5 more minutes for gravy. Finally got my order. Chik'n was hot but biscuits were like hockey pucks and potatoe wedges were the same way. KFC should take this franchise away from who ever has it.

Don’t do it sis.. go to Kroger, located at 115 Colony Crossing Way, pick you out a nice pack of chicken.. Sanderson Farms, Tyson (or whatever brand suits you). Stop on isle 12 and get your seasoning, flour, etc. Check out, but don’t forget to scan that Kroger card cause we need all them discounts. Go home, prep and cook that chicken. Voila! Seems like a lot, but the time it’ll take you to do all this, I guarantee it’s faster than this KFC :)
