Panda Express

Soooo upset !!! Ordered 2 meals . Hubby ordered the teriyaki chicken they didn’t give him the sauce on the side as he requested. I got the fried rice and orange chicken / Beijing beef … they said it’ll be a 10 minute wait for orange chicken. He waited.. when I just went to eat my food yall… NO ORANGE CHICKEN ! He waited and got charged for the full meal to only get one entree.. I’m so upset cause I was craving the orange chicken BAD !! Definitely calling to complain in the morning.

I was honestly a little nervous about trying this location for the first time after reading some of these reviews. Something must have changed because we got our order in just a few minutes and everything was so good! The orange chicken was delicious and hot. Our drinks were not watered down. The rice was cooked to perfection. I will definitely come here again.

This is just ridiculous! This is the 4th or 5th time I have stopped here since they have opened and each time it is Terrible. In my opinion it’s lunch time so the food should be more fresh than this!! Every single piece of orange chicken we have is just bread and dried up like it’s been sitting all day, this pic is the best piece of chicken on the whole plate. My greens were COLD. Hate to say it but I will never be back it’s so bad I don’t think I will go to another Panda Express again because of how bad the food we have gotten is, I’m just turned off completely ! 1 star just to leave a review.

(5 stars for Panda Express as a whole because it will always have my heart.) I give the employees and management 1 star. As you can see in the photo it looks like they just took a half hand full of noodles and cabbage and thew it 6 ft away into the container. Not only was the portion the weakest I’ve ever seen but the chicken was mushy and not at all like the panda I know and love. The employees and managers seem to put in below minimum effort. How hard is it to get a proper portion and quality cook.

Have you ever seen the original Lethal Weapon? The Joe Pesci scene where you get f!cked in the drive through. Well I once again drove out of my way to get panda and this time I got more than three pieces of chicken but my noodles was almost all cabbage. I had about a fourth of noodles and the biggest chunks of cabbage filled the rest. It was cold but my entree was hot. I wish they would tell us they are at the end of the noodles (chow mein) so I could have picked rice. I like cabbage but I like noodles way more! I will go in from now on so I can see what they have and what they are serving me! If there was another Panda Express I would drive to it!
