The customer service is unprofessional! The young lady was very rude and apparently their card machine is down and they only accept cash! They have some make believe issue everytime i have gone there in the past! This place is raggedy and customer service needs improvement! I will NEVER recommend it to anybody 😡!

Went here with my boyfriend early Saturday morning and was surprised there was no line. But I should’ve known the service would be horrible!! The girl taking orders got my order wrong 3 x and then said that the credit card machine was down. Ok cool. After finally getting the order correct, another employee says we need exact change. We just drove off. And they got the nerve to want more than minimum wage. Smh.

Disgusting! Please do not go there! I stopped there, had been at hospital and was starved. Ordered the two for two, and made them combos ($8.00). I pulled up to the window and oh my gosh!! The guy I had just seen carrying garbage out was the cook, no gloves, filthy clothes, no hat, dreds sticking up and out. The girl getting my french fries, no gloves, handling $$ too, no personality, clothes dirty. Got home, I was already doubtful on eating food, again yuck. Mayo was so thick, dripping off side of burger, food was cold and awful. French fries were only thing edible! Just couldn't eat any of it, kept seeing nastiness in that place. So $9. directly in the garbage, not one bite. Should close it down! I should have known since I was the ONLY car.

I went last night, and was going to order some food, and the person that came on sounded like a Man...so I said yes Sir, they said Oh my God, I said is everything alright...they said you called me Sir, and I'm a Girl, I said Sorry Ma'am. I didn't have an attitude, and I ordered Two for four, and asked if they could put the Fried Onion Straws on it and she said no. I said, oh, are you out...they didn't say anything...I just sat there, and pulled off. So be careful...I will NEVER go back to that place...thank GOD Krystal was open...😉
