If I could give it a zero I would the food was horrible I only came here because I was getting a breakfast plate for my mom. I decided to get something to eat for me and my husband as well. Bread was burnt and stale. Tasteless food wish I seen these reviews first before going.Will never return to Krystal

The food was disgusting burgers were old & my bread was hard as a rock , chilli cheese fries were old also . I took it back they just laughed & it wasn’t even a bit better they didn’t even changed it they just put it into a different box & I had hair all through my burger i couldn’t even eat it . I work at Krystal’s downtown & I know how the food is supposed to taste & look ! This Krystal’s needs to be shut down immediately.

Very poor customer service in drive thru this morning. Order was wrong several times. Whomever was working drive thru window is very unprofessional. It’s sad that people don’t realize customers ordering food from a restaurant is a public service and not a choice. They don’t realize that each sale made count towards there paycheck. Therefore good customer service should always be provided!! I will not be returning to this location!!

I am highly upset because I went onto the Krystal website, ordered 3 original scramblers, sausage, two bacon, and the order was supposed to have been sent to the Krystals on Pio Nono Avenue, and my debit card was charged $12.82. And I drove to that Krystal and was told by the female cashier that they didn't receive my online order because they don't have a website!! Krystal corporation needs to correct this problem of a fake online website that has charged my debit card and God only knows who else, and has blatantly committed fraud!

This restaurant has very bad customer service. I pulled up no one answered.. for at least two minutes, I recorded it. I pulled around the young lady was nice told me to wait, then this other young lady had an attitude.. through the window( rolling neck and talking with an attitude) no she didn’t direct anything to me in the beginning but energy and body language is everything! I’m going to report this establishment until something happens because that is unacceptable. I didn’t even want to order because that’s just bad business. Even my kids said they didn’t have good customer service... you never know who you can meet that can give you your next opportunity or Job.. she said her name was Kayla but I’m sure that wasn’t it.. anyway I’m going to complain until y’all take complaints serious I don’t like to spend my money no where it’s not appreciated. People work hard for money no one has time for bad attitudes, bad energy..
