Krispy Kreme

Neat clean donut shop, prices as expected, But one surprise in prices that was unexpected. I ordered 2 dozens of mixed donuts,was not made aware of a .40 per donut up charge for the specialty donuts. Witch it dose not specify on the menu as you may notice from the pictures the up charge is not there.

Small but Yet extremely busy location.Every single time I've been here I've had to wait which is a good thing. What you mean. Which means that constantly making donuts, If for some particular reason they have a donut special listed on the wall.And the special says 2 dozen for like $17, karma but what they don't have listed up there is the upcharge if you get do get seasonal donuts, like for instance 1 it's 1 shaped like a turkey or dress like a turkey, one dress like a Christmas tree. They have no mention up thereAbout the upcharge. Look in the pictures that I'm posting and see if you see where it mentions an upcharge for specialty seasonal donuts.

I wish I knew the woman's name who was running the drive thru tonight at 6pm. She was amazing! She was the sweetest person I think I've ever met. My oldest daughter was crying in the car... Super loud and she was so understanding, calm, & was just an angel. I can't give her enough compliments. I hope she knows how much that simple act of kindness meant to me 💕 thank you so much!! & The donuts was great!

Today I called Krispy Kreme around 9:15am to ask if they had cinnamon rolls and they did. I was calling because I was on my motorcycle and couldn't pick them up right away, but wanted to ensure they had some available. The young lady asked me how many and I told her 4 and that I'd be there at 4:30pm to pick them up. While on the phone with her, she helped me order for pick up through the Krispy Kreme app. Everything was confirmed and I went on about my day. I get to Krispy Kreme at 4:30 and learn that my order, which was confirmed and paid for, was sold to someone else! I was so disappointed. Not only did I drive 30 minutes one way, I have to wait a week to get cinnamon rolls that I already paid for. I think I will go ahead and have them process my refund and I will not deal with this particular Krispy Kreme again. At least they apologized, that's the only thing positive I can say. How do you fix this so it doesn't happen to someone else in the future?

I would sadly give this place zero stars if it wasn't for the donuts being ok. The store wasn't clean at all.! The service well it was probably the slowest and rudest I've come across ever. They didn't have much to choose from and the only thing that they did have that was somewhat fresh was the glazed donut rings. They do have a working restroom but if you don't work there you can't use it even if you are buying something. Probably for the best since the store was as dirty as it was but we were trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone that didn't happen. I still had to make another stop for the restroom. We will not be back to this location. We love Krispy Kreme but this one is not one we will be revisiting and that stinks but my man loves it this place.

Just went here less than 30 mins ago and got two dozen variety doughnuts. Usually I don't have any complaints from this location but I'm not happy about my filled doughnuts AT ALL. Whoever did the filling today or however the process might go, there was literally a dot of filling. So disappointing because I much prefer filled over plain. And those photos took some pretty big bites before I got to that dot. Repeat for every filled one I had. I had to eat that much of the doughnut before I tasted some filling.
