Nu-way Weiners

Placed a I thought would have been a simple order to do especially when there was me in the dining room and 1 customer in the drive thru. Well that didn’t happen. Keme took my order and actually act like that was his first week there. I don’t know how long he has been with the company. But when the girl gave him my order he was then placed on drive thru where he handed my order to someone else. Didn’t look at the ticket to remember what he just rung up. Then the lady he gave the wrong order to came in there to get her order straightened out. And they gave me her order. Needless to say I will never be back to this one location again. Plus the floors were nasty as well as the tables and seats. In the kitchen the cook had what I saw was at least 5 hotdogs on his arm he was trying to prepare. Now that’s a health hazard. To nasty for me to ever go back. I’ll try another location next time.

I only visit once in awhile. And only if I'm nearby. I go mostly out nostalgia. The service has continually become VERY ambivalent. If they continue to not care about my sale, then I shall oblige them. 6/10/22 I had a conference here in Macon and decided to give my favorite hotdogs joint a try, again. There order taker was much more congenial than the last one that I had. Owners may not realize how important consistent service and product can be for their success. They are still only one bad experience away from not coming g back.

This place has horrible service and people. I walk to the front door to go inside to make a order and the door was locked they did not post any signs saying that the dining area was closed and when I did come to the door to open it the employees just stared at me did not tell me to go to the drive-through or nothing. When I actually got into the drive-through a couple who was ahead of me turned around and told everybody in the line that they said they didn’t have any hotdogs left. I continue to pull forward to try to get a burger at least when I got to the window the lady at the window told me that they only had two hotdogs and that they close at eight. Mind you that it is 7:10 PM right now and they cannot cook any more food because they was ready to get off in the next 50 minutes. The people here should be fired because that is bad for business. And I was dying to eat some of this food but services like that don’t even make me want to come back
